Susan Meiselas
Susan Meiselas is a documentary photographer and member of Magnum Photos since 1976.
She is the author of Carnival Strippers and Nicaragua; and editor of Kurdistan: In the Shadow of History, El Salvador: Work of 30 Photographers and Encounters with the Dani.

Meiselas is well known for her documentation of human rights issues in Latin America. Her photographs are included in American and international collections.




Orville Schell
Orville Schell was born in New York City in 1940, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University in Far Eastern History, was an exchange student at National Taiwan University in the 1960s, and did graduate work at the University of California, Berkeley, in Chinese History where he earned a PhD (Abd).

Schell serves on the boards of Homelands Productions and Current Media. He is also the former Dean of the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently the Arthur Ross Director of the Center on U.S.-China Relations at the Asia Society.
